The annual bloodbath to cancel network TV broadcasts happened last week, and it was cruel to say the least. Now among the list of shows that have been dropped or that expire in 2022 is CBS’ Magnum B The reboot, which lasted for four seasons. The star of the show, Jay Hernandez, took to social media after the news broke, sharing a heartbreaking tweet.
Jay Hernandez, who portrays the honorary Thomas Magnum, continued Twitter To share the news with his followers Magnum B No more. He expressed his gratitude for working with the cast and crew and thanked fans. Check out his emotional post below:
All good must come to an end. We have made memories that I will be forever grateful for and thank you to each and every one of you for going with us on this wild ride. It’s all love. Until next time. pic.twitter.com/fRJGvizH60May 13, 2022
The letter shows how important this chain is to him. It’s really sad to think that the May 6 season finale has now become the de facto final episode of the series. With this said, one can only hope the installment doesn’t end with as much of a cliffhanger as possible.
Magnum B It is one of four recently canceled cases on CBS amid “The Red Wedding” (as Julie Plec phrased it). The network is also down b positive After two seasons along the Freshman series How do we get around Sophia Bush and Jason Isaacs Hassan Sam. United States of Al It was canceled after two seasons as well.
Aside from the cancellations, the network has ordered three plays for the 2022-23 broadcast season. Show one is country of fire from seal teamMax Terriott and the Others is a police drama East New York and legal drama So help me Todd. While it’s disappointing that we won’t see more adventures with Thomas Magnum going forward, the network appears to be finding ways to fill the void the action will leave.
The Magnum B The reboot hit the scene in 2018, and while it looked very similar to the original series, it eventually found its footing. Not only did the show have a lot of entertaining action, but it also had lovable characters that viewers loved. It should also be noted that it took place in the same fictional universe as Hawaii Five 0 And MacGyverwhich allowed for some fun transitions.
There is still a chance to revive the drama led by Jay Hernandez. The shows have obviously been saved before, so it’s not impossible. Maybe you can get seal team Treatment and move to Paramount + for streaming. Let’s be honest, strange things have happened, so I’m not ready to give up hope just yet. We’ll see if there really is a future for a Navy detective turned private investigator.
As of now, only the last season of Magnum B Available to stream with a Paramount+ subscription. Check out the CinemaBlend TV schedule for 2022 to see what else we’re looking forward to.
